Manage retails outlet operations in accordance to the Company's operating policies and procedures.
Overall responsible for the optimal sales performance of the retail branches and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlets.
Oversee and ensure that the retail branch managers carry out their duties and responsibilities which include storeoperations, merchandise mix, consistent pricing, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
Provide relevant training and career development to the outlet staff.
Providing retail and merchandising expertise to outlet manager, including selling methods and techniques, handling promotion activities within the store outlets.
Ensure that the appropriate inventory level is maintained for the different seasonal period especially the promotional period.
Ensure that the Company"s image / service excellence is maintained at all times.
Handle ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
